Job summary

Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Galician to join an international team for a 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries while delivering friendly, professional service.

Full-time 40 hours per week with 8-hour rotating shifts, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and Galician at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication at B1 level.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

We’re looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our international team on the 16th of November in Lisbon, supporting customers of one of the world’s leading global streaming platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience. Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.

• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
