You’ll work as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site), ensuring performance goals are met across all operations and fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries.
• Provide account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings.
• Provide accurate and real‑time answers to viewers’ inquiries and contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.

• High level of French and English (oral and written).
