The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site). The Customer Service Representative will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Responsibly handle inbound customer requests and assist with pre‑sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels.

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre‑Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
• Respond appropriately or escalated customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

Your Qualifications

Candidate should have a high level of German (written and oral) and be fluent in English (B2). Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, patience, up‑to‑date IT knowledge, proactive, self‑motivated, and a good team player.
