Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre‑Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
• Respond appropriately or escalat e customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non‑technical users
• Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
• Keep up with the latest IT and tech‑related trends
• Are proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player
