Concentrix in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Representative (German-speaking) to support Creator onboarding and drive high-quality outcomes. The role focuses on engaging creators, guiding them through technical setup and onboarding processes, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German (C1/C2) with strong English (B2) and prior outbound or contact center experience.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage potential leads and “sell” the benefits of Live Monetization features (Gifts, Subscriptions, and Rewards).
• Drive lead conversion and activation by guiding creators through the technical setup.
• Utilize strong telemarketing and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport and secure commitment from creators during the onboarding journey.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data validation and account security while maintaining a consultative, results‑driven approach.
• Maintain strict adherence to conversion targets, service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent in German (C1/C2) and have a good level of English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Have excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
• Have experience handling outbound calls, telemarketing or sales-related activities.
• Have previous experience in a contact center or customer service/sales environment (preferred).
• Are familiar with social media platforms and have a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Are adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, including availability to work rotating shifts if needed.
