Minacs is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Representative in Porto, Portugal. This on-site role focuses on engaging potential leads through outbound calls and facilitating clients' onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, telemarketing experience, and a good command of English. Join us to enjoy fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, centralized office location, and comprehensive training.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and good level of English (B2).
• Experience in outbound calls or telemarketing.
• Adaptable and flexible for a fast-paced environment.

What you will do in this role

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage potential leads and "sell" the benefits of Live Monetization features (Gifts, Subscriptions, and Rewards).
• Drive lead conversion and activation by guiding creators through the technical setup.
• Utilize strong telemarketing and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport, and secure commitment from creators during the onboarding journey.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data validation and account security while maintaining a consultative, results-driven approach.
• Maintain strict adherence to conversion targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

• Are fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and have a good level of English (B2), both written and spoken
• Have excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
• Have experience handling outbound calls, telemarketing, or sales-related activities
• Have previous experience in a contact center or customer service/sales environment (preferred)
• Are familiar with social media platforms and have a basic understanding of digital advertising
• Are adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, including availability to work rotating shifts if needed
