What You Will Do In This Role

• Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat - TBC).
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
• Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service delivery.
• Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.

Your Qualifications

• High level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
• At least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry.
• GDS experience.
• Positive attitude and desire to provide good service.
• Analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
