Minacs in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Representative fluent in German to support Creator Onboarding. You will set performance goals to promote Live Monetization features and improve customer journeys through effective engagement.

The ideal candidate has experience in telemarketing or customer service and possesses excellent communication skills. Fixed Monday to Friday working hours are provided, along with a referral bonus and full training.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in handling outbound calls or sales activities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising.

Customer Representative (German-speaking) - Creator Onboarding Support

You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

What you will do in this role

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage potential leads and promote Live Monetization features (Gifts, Subscriptions, and Rewards).
• Drive lead conversion and activation by guiding creators through technical setup.
• Utilize strong telemarketing and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport, and secure commitment during the onboarding journey.
• Adhere to SOPs for data validation and account security while maintaining a consultative, results-driven approach.
• Maintain strict adherence to conversion targets, SLAs, and quality standards.

We’re looking for you if you:

• Are fluent in German (C1/C2) and have a good level of English (B2), both written and spoken
• Have excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
• Have experience handling outbound calls, telemarketing, or sales activities
• Have previous experience in a contact center or customer service/sales environment (preferred)
• Are familiar with social media platforms and have a basic understanding of digital advertising
• Are adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment and available for rotating shifts if needed
