Concentrix is seeking a Customer Representative (Italian-speaking) for Creator Onboarding Support in Porto. You will execute high-volume outbound calling, engage potential leads, and guide them through technical setup.

Overview

Job Title: Customer Representative (Italian-speaking) - Creator Onboarding Support

What You Will Do

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage potential leads and explain the benefits of Live Monetization features (Gifts, Subscriptions, and Rewards).
• Drive lead conversion and activation by guiding creators through the technical setup.
• Utilize strong telemarketing and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport, and secure commitment from creators during the onboarding journey.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data validation and account security while maintaining a consultative, results-driven approach.
• Maintain strict adherence to conversion targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and a good level of English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
• Experience handling outbound calls, telemarketing, or sales-related activities.
• Previous experience in a contact center or customer service/sales environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, including availability to work rotating shifts if needed.
