Job summary

Concentrix in Porto is seeking a Customer Representative and Sales professional who will assist guests with cruise bookings, answer questions, and promote travel experiences.

Fluent English required (C1), customer-service or sales background preferred; you will work on-site, using multiple systems, with training provided and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1) both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales, hospitality, travel, or tourism (cruise experience a plus).
• Comfortable using multiple systems and possessing strong computer skills.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-up.
• Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirements.
• Drive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, drink packages, cabins, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat business.
• Present promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

What You Will Do In This Role
