What you will do in this role

As aCustomer Advisor, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels(phone, email, chat - TBC).
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
• Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service delivery.
• Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.

• Have a high level of French (written and oral)and fluent in English (B2)
• Have at least 2 yearsexperience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry.
• Have GDS experience
• Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
