Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Portugal is offering a Dutch-speaking Customer Service role based in Lisbon or Porto. You will support Dutch-speaking customers across various projects, using phone, email and chat, while ensuring high satisfaction and accurate CRM documentation.

Relocation is provided, and initial training is paid. The position is full-time with shift rotations and potential for a permanent contract after an initial period.
