Qualificações

• Native or near-native Spanish (C2) and fluent English (C1+), spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills.
• High-school diploma and at least 6 months of contact-centre experience with a strong customer focus.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexible for rotating 24/7 shifts in the office, including night shifts and weekends.

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal — on-site
• Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating 24/7 shifts (2 rotating days off)
• Contract: Full-time, 6-month contract
