Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to be the first point of contact for customers. You will help them quickly, leaving them satisfied, and support a payment solutions company.

You will manage cases, answer questions via phone, email or chat, and guide customers through orders and accounts while promoting resolution at the source. This on-site role starts 8 October 2026 with rotating shifts and full-time commitment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish, written and spoken.
• English at advanced (C1) level or above.
• At least 6 months of contact centre experience.
• Team player open to feedback.
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once.

A Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the payment solutions sector.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of contact centre experience and a high school diploma

• Organised and able to handle several cases at once

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (Rotating shifts including night shifts) Days Off - 2 rotating days
• Start date: 8 October 2026
• Full-time contract

• Salary: €920 gross per month (paid 14 times a year)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
