Cross Border Talents is seeking an English-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our multicultural customer service team in Lisbon. This full-time role requires you to support English-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

Fully paid training starts on day one; no previous experience is required. We offer a competitive salary, performance bonus, and private health insurance. We're looking for local candidates already based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent English (C1/C2) required.
• Currently based in Lisbon or surrounding area.
• Right to work in Portugal necessary.

About the role

Already living in Lisbon and looking for a stable job in an international company? Join our multicultural customer service team and support English-speaking customers from our Lisbon office. Full paid training starts on day one, so no previous experience is required.

What you'll do

• Help English-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Handle questions, requests and complaints professionally
• Resolve issues quickly and log every interaction in the CRM
• Meet quality and performance targets (CSAT, NPS, resolution time)
• Work with international teams to improve the customer experience

What you need

• Native or fluent English (C1/C2)
• Currently based in Lisbon or the surrounding area
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit)
• Availability for rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable using computers and multitasking
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
