Bcrecruitment in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Advisor to support merchants using mobile-payment products. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and social media in French.

As a French-speaking specialist, you will deliver accurate answers, document interactions in the system, and help maintain high customer-satisfaction levels while working on rotating shifts. The role is full-time on-site with relocation support for international candidates.

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Porto, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support merchants who use mobile-payment products, from setup questions to problem solving. As a French-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email, live chat and social media.

What you will do

What we offer

• Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Complexity bonus: €100 per month
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Private health insurance: available from day 1 with a monthly contribution, free after 6 months on the contract

Relocation support

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)
• Flight tickets are not reimbursed

Location, hours & start

• Location: Porto, Portugal - on-site
• Working hours: Monday-Sunday, 08:00-19:00 (rotating shifts)
• Contract: Full-time, 6-month contract
• Start: 1 Oct - we will place you in the next available group
