What You'll Do

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Provide expert guidance on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalated complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: €920/month (paid 14 times per year).
• Attendance Bonus: €25 per month (paid 11 times per year).
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).
• Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

• 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including nights & weekends).
• Two consecutive rotative days off per week.
