Bcrecruitment is hiring a Customer Advisor to support healthcare professionals using a healthcare-software platform in Braga, Portugal. You will be the friendly, professional voice of the company, handling contacts by phone and email in French.

Responsibilities include training customers on the software, documenting interactions in the system, and helping achieve team quality and customer-satisfaction targets. On-site role with rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native French (C2) writing and speaking.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to advise and train customers on software.
• On-site in Braga, Portugal and resident there.

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Braga, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support healthcare professionals who use a healthcare-software platform, including software guidance and customer training. As a French-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone and email.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer contacts in French by phone and email
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools

• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• Native or near-native French (C2), spoken and written
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Confident telephone and email communication
• Ability to advise and train customers on software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product
• Already residing in Portugal — relocation is not offered for this position

What we offer

• Salary: €930 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Complexity bonus: €140 per month
• Welcome bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments over the first year
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Private health insurance: available from day 1 with a monthly contribution, free after 6 months on the contract

• Location: Braga, Portugal — on-site
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:30 (rotating shifts)
• Contract: Full-time, 6-month contract
