English fluency is required for internal communications, with prior customer service experience seen as a strong advantage. EU work authorization is necessary and relocation support is offered to suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written).
• Fluency in English for internal communication and training purposes.
• Previous experience in customer support services is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling Croatian-speaking tasks.
• EU citizenship or legal authorization to work in Bulgaria.
