Job summary

Dwelly is seeking a CRM & Communications Coordinator to manage landlord and tenant communications across a growing multi-brand portfolio. This CRM-first role centers on high-volume email management, audience segmentation, templates, and onboarding new brands into our communications infrastructure.

You will ensure consistent, on-brand messaging at scale, optimize templates, and collaborate with teams to improve engagement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRM and marketing automation experience in a tech or fast-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills with clear, on-brand content.
• Excellent English communication, especially with UK stakeholders.
• Organised, self-managing and able to work with imperfect information.
• Significant overlap with UK working hours (4–6 hours daily).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Mailchimp database across all brands, importing contacts, hygiene, unsubscribes and bounces.
• Build audience segments by type, brand, geography and lifecycle stage for precise messaging.
• Deploy and monitor email campaigns, manage deliverability and sender reputation.
• Manage recurring communications calendar: landlord newsletters, regulatory updates, platform announcements and tenant messages.
• Track email performance metrics and use data to improve segmentation and timing.
• Onboard new brand acquisitions into Mailchimp infrastructure and standard cadence.
