Job summary

EverAI Limited is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging and promotions.

Reporting to the Co-founder/CMO, you will rethink journeys, test ambitious ideas, and build a scalable CRM playbook for 50–100M+ users. This is a fully remote role with global impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue via CRM improvements.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription businesses with CRM impact.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, and analyses.
• Skill in turning user data into testable ideas with measurable results.
• You move fast, own outcomes, and influence product directions.
• Strong communication across technical, creative and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention and reactivation.
• Identify where users lose interest and create journeys to recover them.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-ups to drive purchases.
• Maximize token purchases, repeat purchases, and retention through segmentation.
• Run rapid experiments, measure results, and scale winning approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tools and tracking.
