A fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand in Lisbon is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead email and SMS marketing strategies. This role involves designing and optimizing campaigns to boost customer retention and revenue growth. Ideal candidates should have extensive email/SMS marketing experience and be proficient in tools like Klaviyo. The position offers growth opportunities and hybrid working options.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in email/SMS marketing, ideally within ecommerce or subscription models.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle flows including welcome, cart abandonment.
• Experience with OTP-to-subscription conversion tactics.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize email & SMS marketing programs.
• Audit and improve the current CRM setup.
• Plan and execute a campaign calendar.

Conhecimentos

Email/SMS marketing experience

Understanding of customer lifecycle flows

Proficiency in copywriting

A/B testing and analytics skills

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
