Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator who is fluent in Spanish and English to support client social media by moderating content and ensuring compliance with guidelines. The role involves reviewing content, escalating issues, and enforcing policies.

Job Description: Support client social media areas by moderating content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies, and escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review content within agreed latency service levels and quality standards.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client in accordance with the MSA and SOW.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written Spanish (C1).
• Fluent, verbal and written English (B2).
• Minimum college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
• Experience in the moderation service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision‑making with local market expertise.
• Familiarity with social media products and basic digital advertising knowledge.
