Concentrix is hiring a Content Moderator (Greek-Speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal, to support global e-commerce brands. You will review content, enforce guidelines, and help improve service quality while working on-site in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

The role requires Greek (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, a college degree, and a willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts. You will receive full paid training and opportunities for career development within a global organization.

As a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will make use of your skills, supporting our client's different areas of social media. And be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Review contents within agreed latency service levels and standards of quality
• Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written in Greek (C1)
• Fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
• Minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
• Strong understanding of e-commerce
• Experience working with moderation service industry
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• Fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
