If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will support our client\'s different areas of social media and actively participate in service improvements while upholding client guidelines.

What You Will Do

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent in Dutch (C1) - verbal and written
• Are fluent in English (B2) - verbal and written
• Have a college degree or equivalent diploma
• Have strong understanding of e-commerce
• Have experience working in moderation service industry
• Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
