Job Description

Content Moderator located in Porto, Portugal (On‑Site) who will manage and moderate content across client social media platforms, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience;
• Review, audit, and moderate content from customers and copyright sources;
• Review user behaviors and enforce rules within social media areas;
• Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures, and instructions to maintain high quality;
• Act as a central moderation point between users and the company, applying guidelines to nuanced and evolving policies;
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging, sensitive, or business‑critical issues.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent (both verbal and written) in Romanian (C1 level);
• Fluent (both verbal and written) in English (B2 level);
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields;
• Strong customer‑service orientation skills;
• High tolerance for repetitive work in a fast‑paced, high‑production environment;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
