Role Summary
Content Moderator (German‑Speaking) – Global e‑Commerce. Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site). This role supports client social media, ensures guidelines, and participates in service improvements.
Responsibilities
- Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality.
- Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base.
- Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
- Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
- Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluent, verbal and written in German (C1).
- Fluent, verbal and written in English (B2).
- Minimum education qualification of college degree or equivalent diploma.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
- Experience working with moderation service industry.
- Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise.
- Fluent with social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising.
