Concentrix is seeking a Content Moderator (Polish-speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal, for a global e-commerce project. The role includes reviewing content to ensure compliance with client guidelines, maintaining service quality, and contributing to continuous improvements.

A €1000 welcome bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• Polish language fluency at C1 level and English at B2 level is required.
• Minimum college degree or equivalent.
• Experience in the moderation service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising is advantageous.

Job Description

You will support our client's social media areas, ensuring compliance with client guidelines, promoting service quality, and actively participating in service improvements for all users.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Review content within agreed latency service levels and quality standards.
• Investigate reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and the statement of work.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish (C1) – verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (B2) – verbal and written.
• Minimum college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
• Experience working in the moderation service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision‑making with local market expertise.
• Familiarity with social media products and basic knowledge of digital advertising.
