Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Content Moderator (Italian-Speaking) for on-site work. You will review social media content to ensure compliance with client guidelines and help improve service quality.

The role requires Italian C1, English B2, a college degree, and 24/7 rotating shifts. We offer training, career growth, and a central Lisbon location.

Formación

• Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2).
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in moderation service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise.
• Familiar with social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality.
• Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Your Qualifications

• Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
• Have strong understanding of e-commerce
• Have experience working with moderation service industry
• Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
