Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an AI Dubbing Content Moderator to ensure AI-generated dubbed video content complies with platform policies, quality standards, and regional regulations across multiple languages. The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and handling sensitive material in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires fluency in French (C1) and English (B2), with prior content moderation or trust & safety experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make moderation decisions per internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, and cultural relevance of AI dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, copyright concerns, or other violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately within internal systems.
• Aim for quality, productivity, and service levels while handling high volumes.

What you will do in this role

As an AI Dubbing Content Moderator, you will:

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
