Concentrix Portugal seeks a Content Moderator in Lisbon to support client social media guidelines, promote user experience, and participate in service improvements. You will review content, enforce rules, and collaborate across teams while delivering high-quality moderation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in European Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently.

Responsabilités

• From the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright.
• Take an active role in reviewing user behaviors as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas.
• Analyse reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions as starting point, maintaining a high level of quality in each report.
• Be a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying our guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environment.
• Make autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical nature.

What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

Your qualifications
