Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an AI Dubbing Content Moderator to help ensure that AI-generated dubbed videos meet quality, safety, and compliance standards for global platforms. The role is on-site and involves multilingual moderation across languages and cultures.

You will review content, assess translation quality, flag policy violations, and document decisions while maintaining records and meeting productivity targets. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

• Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of AI-generated content, digital media, or e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and high workloads.
• Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and emotional resilience.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure policy compliance, safety and quality.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, and contextual relevance of dubbing.
• Identify content with misinformation, hate speech, harassment, copyright concerns or policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across languages.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions and maintain records in internal systems.
• Meet quality, productivity and service level targets while handling high volumes.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and confidentiality.

What you will do in this role

As an AI Dubbing Content Moderator, you will:

• Review AI‑generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI‑generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market‑specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high‑risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Your qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1).
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2).
• Have previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational environment.
• Have a strong understanding of AI‑generated content, digital media, or e‑commerce platforms.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and objective decision‑making skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high‑quality work.
• Are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and high workloads.
• Can manage sensitive content professionally while maintaining emotional resilience.
