Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator for on-site Lisbon, Portugal. You will review and moderate user content in line with client guidelines and policies, ensuring quality and timely handling of issues.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, receive full training, and have opportunities for career growth within the company. The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and availability for 24/7 rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) in speech and writing.
• Fluent in English (B2) in speech and writing.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in moderation service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills with local market insight.
• Familiar with social media products and digital advertising basics.

Responsibilities

• Review contents within agreed latency service levels and quality.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to client per MSA and SOW on knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Your qualifications
