Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an AI Dubbing Content Moderator to ensure AI-generated dubbed videos meet quality, safety and compliance standards on a global e-commerce platform.

You will review content, assess translation quality, and apply moderation policies across languages and cultures, while maintaining confidentiality and handling high workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) in speech and writing.
• Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of AI-generated content, digital media, or e-commerce.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure policy compliance and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and apply internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, copyright concerns or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining records in internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay updated with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and procedures.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

What you will do in this role

As an AI Dubbing Content Moderator, you will:

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Have previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational environment.
