Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Content Moderator to support our client's social media guidelines and service improvements. You will work on-site and apply policies across diverse content, maintaining confidentiality and high quality in every interaction.

You'll review content, escalate issues per contractual terms, and monitor user behavior while collaborating with teams. Training is provided, with growth potential in a global, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1) verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (B2) verbal and written.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in moderation service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise.
• Familiar with social media products and basics of digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency service levels and quality.
• Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to our client per MSA and this SOW on knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Your qualifications

• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
