Concentrix Portugal is seeking an AI Dubbing Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). You will ensure AI-generated dubbed video content meets quality, safety, and compliance standards across international markets.

You'll review content, evaluate reports, and verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2)
• Experience in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety environments
• Strong understanding of AI-generated content and digital media
• Able to handle sensitive material with professionalism and discretion
• Capable of delivering accurate decisions in a fast-paced setting

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content for policy and quality compliance
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make moderation decisions
• Assess translation quality, accuracy, and contextual relevance

What you will do in this role

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market‑specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high‑risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Your qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Spanish (C1).
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2).
• Have previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational environment.
• Have a strong understanding of AI-generated content, digital media, or e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high workloads.
• Can manage sensitive content professionally while maintaining emotional resilience.
