In this role, you will review and monitor content to ensure it meets client guidelines, while utilizing your language skills in both German and English. Content Moderator (German-Speaking) with 3000 Welcome Bonus

If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will make use of your skills, supporting our client's different areas of social media. You'll be an active part in ensuring client guidelines are met, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues in accordance with established guidelines and knowledge base
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Your Qualifications

This role is a great match if you:

• Are fluent, verbal and written, in German (C1)
• Are fluent, verbal and written, in English (B2)
• Have a college degree or equivalent diploma
• Possess strong understanding of e-commerce
• Have experience working with moderation services
• Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Demonstrate strong moderation skills and rational decision-making with local market expertise
• Are fluent with social media products and have a basic understanding of digital advertising
