Doxis Software Solutions Middle East Ltd. is looking for a Cloud Support Analyst in Porto. You will resolve issues for customers using our Doxis software, collaborating with various departments and delivering cloud tenants.

The ideal candidate has a relevant diploma, experience in software support, and is eager to learn about new technologies. We offer a flexible, family-oriented work environment, along with first-class facilities.

Qualificações

• University or BTEC diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in software support is desirable.
• Interest in systems administration, networking, and scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Run incident resolution and collaborate with other departments.
• Review system diagnostics and investigate performance issues.
• Create scripts for operational automation and incident response.

Conhecimentos

Software support experience

Systems administration in Linux/Unix

Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

Scripting languages (Shell, Ruby, Python)

AWS or Azure services

Communication in English

Formação académica

University or BTEC diploma in Information Technology
