iTRTech Group is seeking a Cloud Application Support / DevOps Engineer for a hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will cover production support, monitoring, incident management, automation, and container orchestration in an international environment.

The role requires strong Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and automation skills, plus on-call availability and advanced English. Hybrid work is two to three days in the office each week.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Linux and container platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring tooling.
• Hands-on familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Ability to analyze application, system, and middleware logs.
• English Advanced or Fluent; Portuguese not required for role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for critical applications and services.
• Monitor platform health, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents.
• Analyse application, system, and middleware logs.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Support containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams during releases.
• Participate in on-call support, incident response, and problem management.
• Support disaster recovery tests and production-readiness reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with SLOs and contribute to continuous improvement.
