SER Group Porto is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst who thrives on helping customers and resolving issues in a cloud SaaS environment. You will work with our Cloud Manager and clients across industries to address problems arising from using our Doxis software as a service.

In this role you will handle incident resolution, review system diagnostics, automate tasks with scripts, and collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualificações

• University or BTEC diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in software support.
• Interest in Linux/Unix and Windows system administration.
• Interest in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python.
• Desirable: AWS or Azure services.
• Exposure to security concepts/best practices.
• Expertise in IPsec, VPN, load balancing, routing protocols, SSH, monitoring tools.
• Experience with disaster recovery concepts and backup/restore policies.
• Willing to be on-call for support, including overnight.
• Enjoys teamwork and communicates in English.

Responsabilidades

• You will run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments as needed.
• You will review Cloud system diagnostics, investigate performance issues, monitor availability and document issues to meet SLAs.
• You will create scripts for operational automation and incident response.
• You will work with development teams and professional services to resolve complex issues.
• You will deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public clouds.
• You will contribute to the SOC2 certification process using industry standard methodologies.
• You will integrate cloud tenants with the customer’s premises and users via the web.
