act digital is seeking an Application Production Support Engineer to join an international team supporting Wealth Management applications in a 24/7 production environment.

You will solve complex production issues, drive automation, and work with modern cloud-native technologies in a globally distributed setup. This role emphasizes collaboration across Development, Infra, and Operations teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Application Production Support, IT Operations, or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Python or Bash scripting, Jenkins or other CI tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ITIL practices in production environments.
• Experience working in mission-critical production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 Application Production Support for critical applications and platforms.
• Monitor production environments and investigate incidents to ensure high availability and service reliability.
• Analyse application, middleware, and system logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts to automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
• Support and mentor team members on automation technologies, including Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, production releases, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce incident resolution times and improve service quality.

What we’re looking for

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and production support processes.
• Experience working in mission-critical production environments.
