act digital is looking for a team member in Lisboa to handle Application Support activities, including managing incidents and service requests. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in IT operations, specifically with core banking operations and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and IBM.

The role requires strong technical skills, including automation with tools like Ansible and Terraform, as well as proficiency in Linux and Docker. The position is essential for supporting the bank’s operational activities, with a focus on service improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with a Cloud provider (IBM/AWS/Azure/Google).
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible/Docker.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for automation.
• Work on containerization of legacy applications.
• Assist & train other ops profiles on Ansible, Terraform, and K8s.

This position is created to be a team member of the WM APS team and to handle Application Support activities.

Candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, service requests and Application Support activities in shifts and on-call rotations. This member will also contribute to the service improvement activities, and participate to support bank’s DR/Live play activities.

Ideal candidate will have a strong understand of core banking operations, trouble shooting skills, and experience with L1/L2 support in a banking environment with expertise on Linux, PL-SQL, Dynatrace, K8, Docker and Ansible.

Main Tasks

• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and terraform scripts to automate provisioning, configuration and deployments
• Work on containerization of legacy applications
• Assist & train other ops profiles on Ansible, Terraform and K8s

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux platform and CLI
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred)
• Good understanding of Continuous integration (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform.)
• Good Public cloud environments experience with IBM Cloud or AWS or Azure

• Strong critical thinker with problem solving approach.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• High level of persistence, can-do attitude & pro-activeness
