Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an Application Production Support specialist to ensure continuous service delivery for in-house and third-party applications. You will resolve incidents, manage changes, monitor production environments, and implement improvements across IT operations.

The role requires 5+ years in production support, strong SQL, OS, and ITSM experience, plus knowledge of security and cloud basics. A stable, long-term project and health insurance are included.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in IT production/support roles.
• Experience with SQL across major systems (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres).
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments.
• Knowledge of file transfer tools (FTP, SFTP, MQ).
• Experience with automation and monitoring tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Dynatrace).
• Banking domain knowledge preferred.
• Experience with network, encryption, and cloud basics.
• Experience in Service Management (ServiceNow, Jira, ITSM)

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for IT Production tasks and inquiries.
• Track, manage, and resolve incidents, changes and requests within SLAs.
• Monitor infrastructure and application layers for critical apps.
• Provide security recommendations to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare environments for releases and conduct pre-production tests.
• Coordinate with internal clients and ensure on-call availability as needed.

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking an Application Production Support. This role ensures the continuity of services while providing technical and functional support to the bank’s in-house and 3rd party applications. This position ensures day-to-day quality of service on production environments by resolving and preventing incidents, fulfilling support requests, implementing changes and monitor production environments while providing feedback to users on all activity and ensuring continuous improvement for all activities and tasks.

What will you do?

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all IT Production-related tasks and enquiries, providing support and guidance to end-users, Developers, and Business Analysts.
• Incident and Request Management: Track, manage, and resolve incidents, support requests, problems, and changes using the ITSM toolset, ensuring restoration of IT services within agreed SLAs and following Incident Management processes.
• ITIL Certification (Nice to have).
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor infrastructure and application layers for all vital and non-vital applications, adopting Group and cluster guidelines, IT best practices, and IT
• Security recommendations to ensure smooth operation.
• Release and Testing Support: Prepare environments for releases, conduct pre-production tests, and ensure successful implementation, while also maintaining the necessary knowledge to handle IT Production support needs.
• Communication and Availability: Manage communication with internal clients, guarantee on-call availability during required time windows (if applicable), and provide timely updates to ensure seamless IT Production support and collaboration with stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• 5 years minimum of experience as a support.
• Experience with SQL (Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, Sybase)
• Experience with OS (Windows / Windows Server, Linux / RHEL, UNIX / AIX)
• Experience with File Transfer (CFT, MQ, FTaaS, FTP, SFTP, PeSIT)
• Experience with Automation and Monitoring (Batch, Autosys, DevOps / SecDevOps, Jenkings, Ansible, Dynatrace)
• Banking knowledge
• Experience with Network (LAN, VPN, LDAP, Active Directory)
• Experience with Encryption (PGP, GPG)
• Experience with Infrastructure (DMZ / dMZR, DMZR as code, VM, Cloud, Load Ballancer, Firewal, Terraform)
• Experience with Security (TLS / SSL, SSH, PKI, Certificates, SAST / DAST)
• Experience with Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience with Service Management (Service-now, JIRA, ITSM, Agile)
