Syone is seeking a Production Support professional to ensure stability and performance of IT applications and infrastructure. You will monitor environments, coordinate incident resolution, and collaborate across Cloud, Infrastructure, and FinOps teams to optimize costs and efficiency.

You will work on production governance, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives, with involvement in deployments and off-hours support as needed. Fluent English is mandatory for this international environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Production Support, Infrastructure, or FinOps environments.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace a plus).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Linux, WebSphere, Ansible, CFT/File Transfer, or similar production technologies.
• Knowledge of FinOps principles, cloud cost optimization, or infrastructure lifecycle management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

• Share knowledge and contribute to training and best practices.

What you will need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;

• Previous experience in Production Support, Infrastructure, or FinOps environments;

• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and infrastructure concepts;

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace is a plus);

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes;

• Experience working with Linux, WebSphere, Ansible, CFT/File Transfer, or similar production technologies;

• Knowledge of FinOps principles, cloud cost optimization, or infrastructure lifecycle management is an advantage;

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• Comfortable working with Excel, reporting, dashboards, and operational data analysis;

• Fluent English (mandatory).
