act digital is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a global production support team responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical Wealth Management applications.

This role emphasizes strong Linux and automation skills, troubleshooting complex production environments, and working with modern cloud and DevOps technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualificações

• Requires a Master's degree in a CS/engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT Operations, Application Support, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 production support for business-critical applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for automation.
• Collaborate with dev, infra, and global ops teams to ensure platform stability.
• Participate in DR exercises and production readiness activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support articles.
• Mentor teammates on automation, Docker, Kubernetes, and best practices.
