You will investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, and keep customers informed while adhering to internal quality and support procedures. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Previous paid campaign management experience is mandatory.
• Experience in digital marketing and an AdTech or customer-support environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills; confident using digital platforms.
