Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a dedicated Technical Support specialist to assist customers using diabetes care technology. You will provide phone and email support, troubleshoot device issues, and help with orders and shipments.

The role requires Spanish C1/C2 and English B2, at least 2 years in technical support, and a strong focus on clear communication and problem solving. On-site rotating 24/7 shifts are required.
