Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer support specialist to assist diabetes patients with product inquiries, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, require Dutch C1/C2 and English B2, and bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rotate shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1/C2 and English at B2.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, Monday-Sunday, with 24-hour availability.
