Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a dedicated healthcare technology support specialist to assist customers using insulin pumps and related devices. You will provide friendly, expert assistance via phone, email and chat, helping users troubleshoot and connect devices to smartphone apps.

The role requires Czech (C1/C2) and English proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
