Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking an Italian & English Customer Service Representative (Diabetes & Medical Devices) to provide specialized support for medical devices on-site. You will assist Italian-speaking clients via multiple channels with empathy and accuracy.

The role requires handling technical inquiries about diabetes devices, organizing information, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent Italian and English (C1)
• Experience with diabetes or medical devices is a plus
• Healthcare or technical support background is advantageous

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global company for an Italian & English Customer Service Representative (Diabetes & Medical Devices) based on-site in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide specialized customer support, assisting clients with medical device inquiries (specifically around diabetes care) while ensuring empathy, accuracy, and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for Italian-speaking clients, delivering high-level support via multichannel communication.
• Assist users with technical and operational inquiries regarding diabetes medical devices.
• Process and retain large amounts of technical/medical information to deliver accurate solutions.
• Manage stressful situations, emergency calls, and disputes with active listening, calm temper, and high empathy.
• Prioritize complex queries, troubleshoot issues effectively, and keep detailed account records.
• Support more than one market simultaneously as needed.

Requirements

• Languages: Native/Fluent proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level).
• Knowledge/Background: Familiarity with diabetes or medical devices. A background in healthcare or technical support is a strong plus.
• Work Model & Location: Ability to work On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Schedule: Flexibility for a 24/7 rotational shift pattern (Monday to Sunday, 2 rotational days off). Occasional night shifts (22:00 to 07:00) may be required.
• Soft Skills: Excellent stress management, organizational and detail-oriented skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and high emotional intelligence/empathy.
